Not a family size.
Confusion about how the filter fitted. Had paid premium delivery and it was delivered, unboxed then left with them saying we don't fit fridges, even though the invoice read exactly that. Ice maker has just stopped, had for nearly 3 weeks. Not producing ice atm.

Does the job really well
Purchased for the features replacing a GE. The Good: Quiet, very even temperature in all areas of both Fridge & Freezer, WiFi remote monitoring & control, door-in-door, choice of Ice from crushed to ball, glass shelves, external water filter & stainless finish. The Bad: Plastic taste of the Water & Ice, water dispenser dribbles sometimes, noisy egg tray & doors slam shut. The Ugly: Whole fridge must stick out so both doors can open fully

Great fridge with one very big issue
Classy looking fridge with good design, well thought-out interior, and more space than you'd expect. Does both regular ice (which can be crushed up) and craft ice balls which are actually fantastic at cooling drinks. This would be a 5/5 fridge except for one big issue. The chilled water dispenser on the front is only capable of delivering one mildly cool drink (not cold), then after that it comes out at room temperature. From reading the LG website, the fridge is designed with a very tiny water reservoir so you're not expected to be able to get more than a single glass. Their website advises you to put ice in the cup before using the water dispenser. It's a great fridge otherwise but considering you're paying so much extra for these features and they're built to be substandard, it's a pretty big issue. My previous 15-year-old junk fridge could deliver plenty of cold water but this modern expensive one can't.

Fantastic Fridge
3 choices for Ice means we always have the right ice for the drinks we make. Cold water on tap and very easy to use. Great space within the fridge and the external opening to grab things out of the door is a game changer. Kids dont leave the whole fridge door open anymore.

We did not have a good experience
We wouldn't normally shop at this store because we've had bad experiences before but we urgently needed a new fridge so went in to have a look. We found a fridge that suited us and they offered a good price but it was a very poor experience after that. At first we were told they could deliver it the following day (Sunday) but then due to the size, they said they needed three people so could not deliver until Tuesday. That was fine and we arranged to work from home that day. We received a text message the night before saying delivery would be between 8.30am-11.30am on Tuesday morning. So we packed all the food in the old fridge into ice bags, cleaned out the fridge and turned it off (as instructed) on Tuesday morning. When they hadn't arrived by 11.30am we tried calling the store. They kept telling us they would call us back but never did. They were unhelpful and unapologetic every time we called to try and get an update on when the fridge would arrive. It eventually arrived on Wednesday afternoon. And after all that, there were only two delivery guys. We took two days off work, lost all the food from our fridge and not even an apology from "The Good Guys". Then when it finally arrived, the instructions were so bad on how and where to install the water filter that we spent hours on the phone to LG and The Good Guys (neither of them knew where or how to install it). We previously had a similar model LG fridge but this one is much smaller inside (less drawers and storage space etc) and inferior quality. Overall, we regretted making this purchase through the Good Guys.

Great replacement for our old fridge
Loving our new fridge, the access door at the front of the fridge makes it easy to access our frequently used items without opening the whole door. The water and ice makers are must haves in our house, but the real bonus was the craft ice maker which has been given a real work out. The stainless steel finish looks smart and is much better at hiding the finger prints and smudges like our last fridge. The lay out feels very generous, and it runs very quietly. I can’t recommend this fridge highly enough.
