Excellent Quality, Easy Setup
I have given this TV 4.5 Stars as the build quality of the set is truely excellent, the picture quality (for live tv and movies) is far better than our previous tv and the setup was simple, and easy to follow. My only gripe would be the remote control. To change chanels I need to use the up/down button as there is no number pad on the remote itself. Yes, I could use voice control, or the on-screen number pad, but for a person not used to this type of tech, or may heve a problem using their hands makes changing chanels difficult The inclusion of free 'LG chanels' provides additional programs to sit back and relax. Overall, I like the setup process, the clarity of the picture quality, and the feel of the cabinet and build, and would not hesitate to purchase another LG OLED TV when needed. The Good Guys provided a great deal, and the staff assisted with their product knowledge and pickup, though I could have had it delivered and installed (at additional cost I think) if I did not feel comfortable about installing and setting up.
