Great product
We recently purchased the LG 12kg washing machine and overall we’ve been really happy with it. The large capacity is a standout feature,it easily handles big family loads like towels and bedding, which has made laundry days much more efficient. The machine is quiet, even on higher spin cycles, and the range of wash programs is impressive. It’s easy to find a setting that suits different types of loads, and the clothes come out clean and well rinsed every time. The smart features are a nice bonus too, though we haven’t needed to use them extensively. Once you get the hang of it, it’s very user-friendly. Overall, a reliable and high-performing washing machine that’s well suited to a busy household.

No complaints so far, happy with the purchase
Everything has been good so far, it does what it's supposed to do, has a lot of features that 99% of the population will never use but that's to be expected these days. Being able to download programs is cool. Having the app tell you when the load is finished comes in handy as well. I can't complain about anything, happy with the purchase so far.
