It’s great for bagels but not as great with bread, especially on lower settings. I like that it has wide slots for bagels and crumpets. For the price was hoping for more even toasting, often have to flip the toast halfway through to get even toasting on both sides.

Looks great, but performance very average
This was the size and the look we wanted in a new toaster, looks great on our bench but... a toaster has one simple functions, to toast the bread etc evenly on both sides for multiple thickness bread. This one fails right there, very uneven toasting, one side quite brown, the other barley done - have to turn around and give another burst to get it done. It also occasionally launches the toast out of the toaster when done. If it just toasted evenly it would get a five.
