Excited about a new fridge
I was so excited to receive my new fridge. So sleek, stylish and the room, so much room. The door caddies in the fridge are huge and the ones in the freezer are so so handy. The automatic ice cube maker and water dispenser are a great convenience. Love it... Highly recommemd

Good performer
I like the fact that it's a non-plumbed fridge which allows us the flexibility to move the fridge around. Normally we don't use ice so there's a feature to turn off the ice-making. Water dispenser is placed outside and intelligently designed to allow more space inside. The water tank needs to be manually filled but the dispensed water is UV treated and tastes a little better than tap water. Convertible freezer is such a handy option with Triple cooling tech. Now for the first time I am able to organise things inside the fridge in a way that maintains its freshness level for a long time. Veggie crisper is a clear winner. Cukes after 2 weeks also tasted crunchy and no signs of fungal infection. Love the quality of make, Glass shelves are thick and door pockets feel solid. Great layout that maximises the utility with one foldable shelf to accommodate tall items. The power consumption for such a huge fridge is almost as same as my previous Westinghouse 380L (impressive). Three downsides though: The app feels a bit old age, doesn't offer heaps of options to smartly manage the fridge. The shelves can't be moved much up and down which I think is best in Fisher & Paykel. The right door doesn't close without closing the left door first otherwise good chance of breaking the left door latch.

Poor Service
Our fridge was delivered on Saturday 27/12/25 was semi unpacked and plugged in by delivery crew who then promptly left, we continued to remove packaging and filled the water tank to start making ice, the left for the approximate 12 hours. No ice and no water from dispenser, called Hisense told a technician would call and arrange to come and assess, still no visit but apparently the part is out of stock and will probably be available in 2-3 weeks! Very disappointed
