Poor service
Ordered a new 2.5kW unit and was told about a month delivery. Waited over a month and then confirmed that it had already arrived but sales rep didn't bother to call. Went to pick up the order and was told it had been over receipted, aka sold to someone else. After nearly and hour wait at the back dock they replaced it with a 3.7kW unit.
