I purchased this fridge because of the good reviews and that it was the right size to fit into the space in my kitchen. The fridge is level but the top doors don’t align and there is very limited instructions on how to level a door. The top door seals were squashed the wrong way when I unpacked it which means it doesn’t seal properly leading to condensation inside. The wifi connected ok but I really can’t see the point just to monitor or adjust your temperature and get a reminder that the filter needs changing. The app does nothing else. The water lever is too far down from the ice and water dispenser when you have a standard size cup meaning water and ice go everywhere unless you hold the cup right up close to the dispenser and use your hand to press the lever. Pretty poor design in this day and age that really needs to be improved. I got the satina finish which is supposed to not show fingerprints but unfortunately they got this wrong as well and all fingerprints show up! The space in side is also compromised by where the ice maker is on the door which takes up the whole door meaning you only have the top right door to store things. All in all I consider my 2017 Samsung fridge was a better fridge than this even though it had its own problems with the ice making. For the money I would look at other fridges.

The hose for the plumbing was missing. I had to wait for it to be ordered in (10 Days) but now the fridge is great and working
