Reliable
Purchased this portable aircon early January 2026. Needed it for a small room. This compact unit did the job. Keep room at a comfortable temperature. Great for small rooms. Will need a window for the outlet vent. My only issue is the length of the plates for the vent was too short. Not a deal breaker though.

Would not recommend
The window install kit is way too small and very flimsy, only good for really small window, had to make an extension, not designed for sliding sideway windows, unless they are very small. Also the tube that is attached is totally inadequate, it just pushes in, does not screw in properly and falls out every time you move it. The unit although it goes down to 18 would only be adequate for a small room, as it is only felt when you are right in front of it, very disappointed in the quality. Not good value for the money.

Fits in a tight spot and cools the 3x3 room down real quick. It is very noisy in a small room. Ok if your on your own but difficult to hear each other when talking.
