Simple and easy to use
My partner and I could not be happier with this machine. We recently upgraded to the DeLonghi Prima Donna Soul Automatic coffee machine from a pod capsule coffee machine. We wanted to have a more options when it came to a making a variety of beverages, including some our favourites cappuccino, caffelatte and long black. From unboxing to sipping our first coffee from the machine it took around 10 minutes. The machines default setting for each coffee style produces a tasty drop but the machine also allows you to easily customise the strength, length, and the temperature of the coffee. The coffee link app also allows you to customise your favourite coffee styles to your taste. It is a breeze to clean with some parts (clearly labeled) dishwasher friendly. Another thing we loved about the machine was how quick and easy it was to make a variety of different beverages for a group of friends when entertaining. My partner and I love this machine and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy their first coffee machine or an experienced user looking to upgrade.

It was my belief that a fully automatic machine wouldnt stack up. Im converted. This machine still gives you the choice to tailor every cup to suit your taste.

Easy to use, quiet and low maintenance
This is our 3rd Prima Donna machine and this is by far the best of them all with the benefits of the upgrades. Its quieter, lighter, beans stay fresher and user friendlier. The few small little imperfections that the previous models showed over time this machine has fixed those small imperfections, easier to clean, milk container refill system, scratch resistant where the cup sits, easier interface to customise your coffee and love how it changes how it makes coffee by your feedback!!! Takes out the guess work! Absolutely no regrets, worth the wait on arrival.
