Poor features
Battery life should have been 30 days but intact only lasted 7 days before needing to be charged up. When the Battery went flat, the unit then reset itself to factory settings so needed reprogramming, this happened twice before we returned it. Playback was also very poor, it didn't start recording until the person who activated the sensor had left the area so never saw who it was. When the bell was pressed it took quite a while to activate the phone app.

Takes awhile to link to the network, so too slow to see who's at the door. Also battery life isn't long, so one must recharge every couple of months. Very clear picture and good camera with excellent night vision. Microphone is great and the outside speaker can be heard from a distance to anyone outside.

Frustration!!
Was told it was easy to set up for an old lady. Although I bought it a while back, two people with far more IT experience than me who have spent hours trying to set it up, have been frustrated at the complexity. Really sorry I bought it! Still cant get it to work.
