Great frypan cooks well the only downside for us is that it’s very heavy and for people with disability and weakness hard to use but if you have someone to help you move it around definitely a great step up from nonstick.

Love the size of the pan, ideal for large family gathering. The multi function heat control makes food preparation, cooking and serving easy. Paid the higher price for Stainless steel to avoid using a pan with man made chemical lining. Great even heating compared to my last Frypan. Looks great as a serving pan on the table using the keep warm function
