Excellent product
We are very happy with our new Bosch dishwasher. We loved our old one too but this time I wanted the top cutlery tray as it is so handy to put utensils, plastic lids & small items ie measuring cups. This dishwasher does have a cutlery basket as well & I do use it as I prefer it to putting all the cutlery up the top. Having the top cutlery tray does reduce the size of items you can put on the top shelf (ie larger mixing bowls) but this isn't really an issue, I just put them down the bottom. Overall very happy with the dishwasher & the colour isn't a stark black but more of a charcoal which blends into our kitchen. It is also very quiet & doesn't make any annoying 'beeps' when it is finished the cycle.

this is our 2nd one of the same machine, first one died after 4 years, so under warranty we got this one, LOVE the colour of this one, matches the fridge. only thing i have noticed, it seems like it is cheaper made. like the door and draws dont work smoothly like our last one. My partner says maybe becasue its newer, but dont remember our other one feeling this rough. But still a great machine. Highly recommend purchasing it with the 5 year gold service warranty. Goodguys always has great service. Warranty claim only took 1-2 weeks and they gave us $900 to spend on a new machine.

Disappointment
I previously had Fisher and Paykel dishdrawers, one was working fine the other had burnt out. On the advice of a serviceman, I purchased the Bosch dishwasher and I am extremely disappointed with it. I should have spent more money and purchased another F&P.
