A nightmare
GG took my money in full and only then advised me they didnt have the unit. Delivered 6 weeks later, and the installer GG arranged said hewouldnt be in my area for at least 2 weeks. Arranged a different installer independently. Then found out the unit was faulty. Had to chase GG several times (as they duck shoved ownership of the problem between central office and the local store) to get it looked at. Bosch were really uncooperative (to a ludicrous degree) in arranging a time to come and inspect. I await the outcome in trepidation. 8 weeks since the purchase and still no working range hood.
