Bosch Series 6 washing machine
I’ve only been using this machine for about 2 weeks and am very pleased with its operation. It is easy to use and I like having extra space. My previous m/c was a 7kg and this one is 9kg. However I only gave it 4 stars particularly because of the terrible problem left by the installers. We had a leaking hose after they left and we were unable to get the installers back. We ended up having a large bill from a plumber to ensure the leak was fixed. I’ve always been a fan of TGG but I’m afraid this will make me more careful about what I buy there next time! I recommend this machine but contacting the store to have my installation fixed was a nightmare!

Affordable high quality washer
I found this washer on The Good Guys Black Friday deals online, and purchased it with the help of Bill C - a kind salesperson at their Nunawading location who went above and beyond to help customers. The washer works as advertised and meets my expectations of a good front loader washer. A minor issue is Bosch's user manual is not quite up to date in reflecting all the actual functionality. Overall I appreciate the good customer experience by Bill C 🤩 and am very happy with this purchase at The Good Guys. 😍

not a miracle - but it does the job well
It's still early days, but the machine does what it's supposed to do. It operates quietly when spinning, which is a definite plus. However, I’m not impressed with the short wash program, as it doesn't clean well. The "Easy Iron" function basically reduces the spinning RPMs, leaving clothes wetter but still wrinkled. Overall, it’s not a bad machine, but it’s not particularly impressive either.
