Brilliant performance
The Bissell has excellent suction and is really easy to manoeuvre. The light makes it so much easier to spot what and where you are vacuuming. An extra battery is a bonus.

Well made and good performance
The unit is working well so far. Easy clean canister and brush head does not get full of hairs. The lights make it easy to see dirt and allow quick clean up. The two included batteries give you good run times when fully charged. The construction is solid as per other Bissel products we have for cleaning carpets.

Great for cat hair
Love this vacuum. The lights on the front find all the kitty litter that I can't see. Hate to see what my floors looked like before I got this vacuum. I've got 6 cats so it is doing a great job of picking up the cat hair as well. Easy for me to use as I have issues walking

Easy to use, great vaccuum
The vacuum is easy to use, it makes vacuuming very quick. The battery lasts for the entirety of my apartment plus more but it comes with an additional battery in case it doesn't. Very easy to get out and use if you want to do a quick clean up or a proper vacuum. Easy to get under tables, couch, bed etc.

I wanted a stick vacuum because my new home has stairs. I was unfamiliar with this brand but the salesperson recommended it and I am very happy. It is more powerful than equivalent priced vacuums. It has 2 batteries so there is always one on charge and I haven't had any issues with waiting for batteries to charge. It stands up on its own without the need for a bracket and the smaller head attachment is perfect for the stairs.
