Very useful and convenient to use. Self-standing feature is really useful.
The vacuum is easy to use and has good suction power on both carpet and wooden floors. No hair entanglement issues at all. Additionally, it comes with two batteries for quick that helps with extend the usage time if needed. Manual can be found online and provides detailed instructions with pictures for regular maintenance. Minor complaint: An additional step is required when clearing the dust tank unlike other models with "one-click" feature but still easy. I also wish there was a non-wall option for the charging dock mount.

Well made and good performance
The unit is working well so far. Easy clean canister and brush head does not get full of hairs. The lights make it easy to see dirt and allow quick clean up. The two included batteries give you good run times when fully charged. The construction is solid as per other Bissel products we have for cleaning carpets.
