Very satisfying to see how clean the floors are
Had their previous pet one which failed after 3 years so upgraded to this with extended warranty. So far so good, working g well. Has the same issue as previous one where need to empty the dirty eater tank before it hits full mark otherwise leaks dirty eater back on clean floor. Otherwise very effective & handy to vacuum & mop at the same time. The steam part I'm still trying to decide if it makes a difference

Good product, useful & handy
We recently purchased Bissell CrissWave Hydrosteam and found it to be quite handy and easy to clean after use. The equipment is well designed, especially the stand as it can hold the brush for drying after use. For a busy household with kids, this product is quite useful. As I don't prefer buying a battery operated cleaner, the Bissell Crosswave is pretty good as it comes with a long cord and is easy to use. Overall a good product.
