For a low price washing machine, this does everything you need and is simple to use. Anymore than 2 people and maybe go a bit bigger.

Automated garbage
Had it for over a year now..Automatic water level...if you need wash more than a pair of pants and a shirt- the water doesn't cover the clothes. If you could chose the water level for each setting it would be great.

Doesn’t live up to its recommendation.
We have continuing problems with this machine. It continually stops mid cycle, washing has to be continually readjusted and the load has to be a lot less than recommended for it to work. In my opinion we made a huge mistake in purchasing this machine considering it was recommended by the salesman. Fortunately we only have to put up with it for a few months as our next house comes with a washer. Definitely an inferior machine.

QUICK & QUIET
Perfect for a single person. It's quick and very quiet. I like the way it switches itself off after finishing a load. No more annoying beeping sound. Only negative point: can't handle quilts due to its load limitation but I have limited space. Very, very happy with it.

Perfect for my family of 4 who does the laundry everyday
So I have a baby and a toddler, and you best believe that their clothes get dirty twice a day. So therefore, the laundry needs to be done everyday. So 6kg is PERFECT.... Plus we moved into a new house, and I was on budget coz the 7 or 8 or 9kg is too big and was more expensive. So in saying that, I had a professional plumber install it. It is working fine. However, if I wash baby/kids clothes and adult clothes, you have to evenly spread all clothes. Like make it straight and place it like a round in circle. There has been some situations where it was unevenly balanced, which is really annoying for me, coz it is installed outside. So I come back after an hour, and it was paused at 30 minutes. So I started placing it evenly, there was no problems. However, I am yet to wash bedsheets or blankets. Im scared of the whole uneven balance thing. We shall see. I recommend 6kg top loader if you have an internal laundry. But ensure it is far away from your rooms or common areas coz it's super loud when it spins. Maybe all washing machines are loud, but yeah, spin cycle is loud and the draining is loud.

Product excellent, service not so much
I am extremely pleased with the machine. It is extremely efficient and eco friendly. The premium delivery was excellent, however, my old machine was not taken by the driver who’d said there was water still in the machine and he would collect it next day. It is now nearly 30 days since delivery and he hasn’t come back. It is this which makes me wonder if I will bother with the Good Guys in the future.
