Good carpet washer
Easy to use. I easily cleaned my apartment. Easy to find the Vax detergent and (luckily) not expensive. I found the deep cleaning to be thorough and effective, and I noticed the difference before and after. To find a negative point, cleaning the machine after use isn't easy, but I'm not aware of any other brand. I recommend it.

Good product but very Difficult to clean after carpet cleaning
It's a good product it cleaned too much mess out of my carpets. But bad thing is it's brushes are very hard to clean so many screws and very difficult process so watch some videos before you buy. I still.like it because if you clean your whole house in one day then you can clean it and dry it and put it away.

Awesome product
The feature I love the best about this product is that with the hose attachment I am able to do my car carpet and seats with it and also a normal material table chair and the results are satisfactory and when the normal vax platinum professional solution didn't work I then tried pre treatment stain remover sample and that was really great helped with tougher stains

It burnt out
Less than 6 months of owning it and the engine has burnt out on it, sending smoke in the air, I thought vax brands were top products

I had high hopes for this Vax based on reviews I had read before my purchase but I was let down by it. It is advertised as suitable for hard floors as well as carpet but I could not push it over my tiled floor and it left marks where I had tried to use it. On carpet it was good on short pile, smooth carpet. It was also way too noisy for a domestic machine. I could not use it while anyone else was at home because of the noise.
