  Great product!

  Great product, once it was installed, but was very difficult to install, and the instructions were not clear enough. The holes for the bolts were all too small and had to be filed to make them fit (it wasn't made properly!). Even with 2 people, it was extremely difficult lifting the Fisher & Paykel front loader washing machine into the correct position, and very fiddly reaching in to turn the brackets into 'lock' position and to tighten the screws with a shifter. On the positive side, the drawer is very spacious and easily fits washing powder and liquid, and cleaning cloths and such. Also makes loading/unloading the machine more ergonomic. The whole ensemble looks very neat and is very functional. I would recommend this product but be sure to have the right tools handy to fix the mistakes made in manufacturing! ...

  Functional but...

  There is nothing wrong with this unit. It is well made and solid, and it almost does what it says it does. It is great at raising the washing machine to a sensible height, and the drawer is a a great place for the manual and the transport bits that you have to remove from the washing machine before you use it. But. The feet that come with the box don't like the legs on the Bosch Front Loader washing machine. So, we just plonked our machine on top of the box. Fortunately, the front loader is stable and does not seem to want to go for a walk like our old top loader. As my partner said, we probably could have achieved the same thing with four besser blocks and a spare drawer in the laundry. I still recommend it to others - even though it does not seem to be suited to our Bosch Front Loader washing machine.

  Waited a lifetime for delivery

  Product is perfect but the online ordering and delivery was shocking. Took a month for delivery after no mention of backorder when i ordered it. I contacted The Good Guys by phone and whilst trying to discuss what was the issue with the holdup i was cut off the call. Eventually it arrived in good order and it was installed to client's approval. This product was ordered for a client who required it for aid in loading and unloading her washing machine. Highly recommend the product but cannot do the same for the service received from The Good Guys.
