Super clear but little sound
Such a great, clear view from this camera. Lots of terrific features including being able to adjust the camera direction, log in from anywhere etc. The one thing that lets it down substantially is the lack of volume control. I had assumed that a product of this caliber would've had this feature as you cannot be expected to watch the screen all the time. Mine only gives a minimal volume on the sound, not enough to hear a child waking. That's disappointing.

Light bar is pure idiocy
The camera is fine, but we had to put black tape around the light bar on the bottom. Whoever designed this does not have kids. A baby is not going to sleep with a bright green band terminating green light while they try and sleep. There is no option at present (November 2021) to turn the light bar off either.

A great little unit that is easy to use with the App
We were looking for an easier to use baby monitor and we found it with this great little unit. Having the app on your mobile phone makes it super easy to access from our phones instead of having to carry around a separate unit. Remote access also allows parents who are away to sit in on story time. Deducting one star purely because the unit has to be plugged in (would be wonderful if you could charge it and move it around easier). I would also like to be able to manage the volume level of the lullaby (have yet to find a solution to this).
