I’m dead set loving this product! It’s super easy to use and works like a charm! I’m usually the kind of person who’s tossing and turning in bed, having a million things on my mind and just can’t seem to get to sleep. But this device really helped me relax and wind down before bed with its amazing features, like compression massage, heat and vibration therapies that really enhance relaxation, reduce stress, relieve tension headaches and ease eye strain. I was asleep in minutes!

Forced relaxation
Was recommended these after using them during a massage recently. Easy to use and works by making you stop as you literally cannot work. Only negative is when using it during the day when removing them the daylight seems even more bright as your eyes adjust. The app was something I wasn't aware of, and this has some great options for meditation, refresh and sleep.
