Does not meet expectation
I recently purchased the Tefal Pro Style Garment Steamer from The Good Guys, but unfortunately my experience has not been great. The main issue I faced was water leaking from the tank, which made it messy and inconvenient to use. The design also feels quite uncomfortable, especially during longer use. On top of that, the cord tends to tangle easily, which adds to the frustration. In terms of performance, it did not meet my expectations. Even after steaming, noticeable creases remained on shirts and pants, which defeats the purpose of using a steamer. Overall, the product did not deliver the results I was hoping for, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

This machine heats up quickly and works great. Only small issue is that the included plastic accessories fall off as they heat up, but the unit works fine without them.
