Incredulously poor service
I know the PRODUCT is GREAT as I used it at an AirBnB and thats why I ordered 2 of these for home. The problem is that the Good Guys store only put half the advised address on the Aust Post mailing information, so Aust Post had to return the products to the original Good Guys store. As this was an online purchase the on ly option for following-up is the online chat-bot from the Good Guys website. I have contacted them 3 times to advise of the fact that I have never received the goods and I am yet to receive any follow-up communication from Good Guys acknowledging this, and my money has never been refunded. Its been 4 weeks. Maybe I'm expecting too much? Like I started with, I love the product but am at my wits end to try and get resolution of this issue!!

Lovely and warm
Works as intended. I usually warm up the bed before getting in and switch it off once I'm under the covers. Wish it had zoned heating so I could leave the foot section on all night in the sudden cold snaps.

Love how this blanket keeps me warm all night. I set the control to 2 and to turn off after 6 hours. I used to sleep with 5 blankets on to keep me warm and now I don't have all the weight of the blankets on me. Would highly recommend this product

Great electric blanket. Heats up quickly and the timer function is great. Only thing that is annoying is that the preheat function doesn’t have an automatic timer or turn to the standard function so you need to remember to change it.
