Great quality viewing. Remote ruins the experience
We love the viewing experience as in the size and quality of the display. The very simple remote is a barrier to exploring what is available on this tv. No numbers to change channels easily means soooo much scrolling. The phone remote does not improve it. It means what we watch is very narrow. We have kept our Apple TV connected because their remote is much easier to use rather than the TV apps.

Great picture and sound for a fair price. Functionality of the menus and remote control just makes sense. Upgrading from my previous Samsung tv of almost 20 years I was relieved this Samsung Smart tv was the right decision.
