Delivers as per expectations, not the actual Iron finish but that’s the difference, it is a garment steamer not Iron.

Product solid but very poor service
The product itself has been great but it wasn't available when we initially purchased it (we put it on backorder). Good guys did not contact me for months and the first time I rang up to enquire about it, they still didn't have it in stock. Again, I didn't hear from the Good guys so I rang up another month later where they finally told me that my order had arrived. Very unhappy that we were the ones who had to ring up multiple times to check if they had our order in stock yet.
