Over engineered garbage
This might be the worst product I have ever purchased in my life - A humidifier is a fan, on top of a bucket of water. Somehow the brilliant engineers at Phillips have managed to mess this up. It won't run if the sensor reading is over 70% - Because the sensor is faulty and built internally (right next to where the water sits - go figure) it always gives a higher reading than that actual room - Because of this, I have been unable to actually use the product since I bought it. Every night we turn it on, it reads something absurd like 89% humidity and refuses to run - Then my wife and I wake up in the morning with dry throats - Brilliant. I even tried setting it up outside - Its cold and dry down here in Tas. BOM said humidity was 60% - But oh no, the genius Phillips Humidifier told me it was actually 81% outside - What a disaster of a product. I am requesting a refund and highly recommend nobody buy this product. Just get something simple that actually does what is intended. Additionally, I ordered this product online and paid extra for expedited shipping - The product took almost a month to arrive - So I wasted $20 when I could have just gone with AusPost ground service. Overall a terrible experience from both Phillips and the Good Guys. Cheers.

Great little device
Easy to use, does a good job,very quiet. Have the smaller version in the bedroom and it too does a good job. We sleep better with the humidified air.
