I was after a vacuum that was decently priced, had strong suction, came with a stand, a spare battery and not a bucket load of useless attachments, this was certainly a winner for me!! I bought it on sale and have zero regrets, it's perfect, does a fantastic job is easy to use and to lean. It comes with a head that cleans both hard floors and carpets and a crevice tool and that was all I wanted. I would highly recommend this product and it's a bonus if you find it on sale!

Great priced strong suction vacuum, doesn't come with a lot of accessories but that is exactly what I wanted. A simple strong vacuum that cleans the floors can get into crevices has a stand and a spare battery. Easy to use and clean, highly recommend.

I like it because it has powerful suction, long battery life with two interchangeable batteries, and works great on both carpets and hard floors. It’s lightweight, easy to use, simple to empty and clean, and the charging stand keeps everything neatly organized.

Service by Chance was outstanding. Knows her stuff and was contactable and helpful even after we had purchased and left store. Even a proactive upsell to rid ourselves of Telstra and migrate my wife from unimpressive Vodafone. Product itself great. The Gold Customer Care though is a complete disappointment - spending hours and hours going around in circles trying to have someone take ownership and resolve an issue in accordance with the additional you pay for. Appalling and certainly taken the shine off things . Good guys brand sadly associate do the the Gold Customer upsell.
