Excellent Performance
I recently upgraded to the LG 8.5 washer and it has been excellent. It runs very quietly, even on spin, which is a notable improvement. It is also very efficient, using the right amount of water while still delivering great cleaning results. Performance has been consistently strong across all load types. Compared to my previous 7.5 direct drive model, it is very similar-just with more capacity and a bit more refinement. Overall, a reliable, efficient washer with great performance.

Very easy purchase
I needed a new washing machine fast when the old one which was 11 years old broke. I saw this model at another shop on sale and its basically the same as my old one that lasted 11 years same brand ect. But they said it would take 2 weeks to arrive. Good guys Price matched, delivered, installed took away the old one which I add still had water in it. I ordered on the weekend, delivered Monday. Very reasonable delivery and install cost, they took any rubbish away. Machine good, process even better!
