The OLED EVO G4 4K Smart TV has brilliant clarity and resolution. The depth and quality of picture is superb. Remote control is intuitive. The set up was easy with the assistance of the installers. Great buy.

Clear & true colours
Used good guys install service which as great. He hung the tv, connected & ran through all features. The Colour is true- vivid is great but sometimes can look too intense & costs more to run on this selection. I don’t have a sound bar but the sound is quite adequate for my duplex with no kids😊easy to use.

Hi I received a defective TV and found it quite difficult to communicate with The Good Guys. I am very disappointed and will not buy from them again, as I have several times in the past. They palmed me off to LG.

Awesome Picture Quality
The sound quality is good, you can even watch most of the media without external speakers. OLED screen offers the best viewing experience, I am glad I picked up this model over Samsung as it supports dolby vision. There is lot of media online which is dolby vision encoded.

The TV didn't come with a table stand despite the advertisement clearly stating that the table stand is included. I called the Good Guys support line, waited 45 minutes, and was told that they are not sure if the TV includes a stand and the 'Merchandise Team" will investigate and call me back. I'm still waiting after 4 weeks and I still can't use the TV as it doesn't have a stand. I also went into 2 stores and they both confirmed that the TV definitely comes with a stand and that it should have been supplied in a separate box.

Can't take off my eyes
This is my 2nd OLED from LG and these guys have put all of their efforts to make it best within all of their competitors. LG has never fall apart in pleasing their customers too. Features, specifications, everything is at top of all. Thank you Good Guys for suggesting LG G4.
