Absolute waste of time and money
Water runs out in minutes, the button to press to start the steam is super hard, your thumb actually hurts. Cord it way too stiff so it is always in your way. You need great hand eye coordination, as you need to use both hands - one to press the steam and the other to actually clean. And each time I try to clean, the water leaks everywhere. Would not recommend

Not what I thought
I can get better cleaning from just a cloth than this. The mop part also gets dirty super fast and needs to be continually washed or it carries dirt everywhere. Bought to do a house clean after renovations and it was useless
