Quiet kettle
Great kettle. Excellent having the clear stip on both sides of kettle to be able to see water level. Also blue light illuminates on the flick down switch when it is on. It boils for a long time so you de get very hot, hot water. It does jiggle on the base when it is boiling but there is no way it would fall/jump off the base. We now call it our wobble kettle 😂

Quiet kettle
So happy with this purchase. Perfect that you can see the height of water window from both sides of the kettle. It’s light and easy to fill. Lid closes softly. The turn on flick down switch lights up blue when it’s boiling. The only thing it does that might make you a bit concerned is how much it wobbles on its base when it reaches boiling point. It boils for a long time so you definitely get boiling water. My husband was concerned about it wobbling but I told him I’d read in previous reviews that it does this and nobody has had a problem with it so we now just call it our wobbles kettle. Or we’ll say th kettles dancing 😂. As a bonus it’s also very, very quiet. Absolutely LOVE this kettle.

Good kettle; shame about the inducements
I'm happy about the kettle but I feel cheated about the StoreCash. I can't really blame anyone else - of course the staff are going to emphasise the benefits of StoreCash with their well rehearsed patter, and I could have asked more questions about conditions, how to qualify, validity periods and so on. Once again, I am reminded that my 'never accept inducements' rule exists for a good reason! I would recommend the product but don't get sucked into anything else they offer you.
