Very disappointing upgrade and poor customer support. I cannot recommend this model based on my experience.
I have owned two previous Roomba units and always had a great experience, which is why I decided to upgrade to the Roomba Max 705 Combo. Unfortunately, this model has not worked for me from the very first day I brought it home. Despite following all setup instructions and troubleshooting steps, the machine has consistently failed to perform as expected. For a premium-priced product, the lack of reliability is extremely disappointing — especially considering how dependable my earlier Roombas were. What has made the experience even more frustrating is the customer support. I have contacted iRobot customer service three separate times and I am still waiting for a reply email or a call back. For a brand known for quality and service, this level of support has been really underwhelming. At this point, after repeated attempts to get assistance and no improvement in performance, I think the best option is to pack the unit back up and return it. I expected an upgrade — instead, it has been nothing but downtime and inconvenience.

Faulty product
The unit did not work as expected. The Good guys were excellent at returning the product and replacing with a new one. 5 stars for the Good Guys. Also advised if the new one doesn't work we will get a full refund.
