Good features but short life span.
We have used this produce in many of our houses over the years and its function has been very good, however its life span has been very poor and in most cases lasting not much longer than two-three years before needing to be replaced. That is even after providing totally filtered water to the unit. In the USA this same unit comes with a 5 year warranty but in Australia it has been 1 year and sometimes 2 years if you find a good distributor. At the price of this unit the customers need either a 5 year warranty (better quality of materials and manufacture) or a price tag of less than $150. I would have given this product a 2 star rating however it's functionality pushed it up slightly to a 3 star rating.
