Very happy with how easy it was to set-up
The quality of print is nice & clear. I can easily print from my phone also which I was never able to do before. Your salesman Rob was very careful in helping me to do comparions without being too pushy. I was really impressed with Rob. He has now helped me with purchases on 3 recent occasions. Good Guys overall service is so good, I no longer even bother to look elsewhetr.

Set up Difficulty
The printer, now that it has been set up properly is very fast and efficient. But, to set it up was almost "mission impossible". Thanks to a colleague who is an IT expert, I was assisted in getting it set up -- but it was very time consuming and not user friendly. Now -- hey presto -- all good !!

Very difficult and confusing to set up and get operating.In this day and age the process should be easy.Had to find and install drivers that should have loaded during set up, but were missing.
