  Great product while the roller should be improved

  The packet has all you need for a house clean, from floor to window and ceiling reach. The extra battery and the stand charger are very handy. The brush roller get a lot of hair tangled which requires regular removed and clean. Great product at discount price.

  The little hose thing makes it awesome and easy to use in small places

  The attachments especially the hose is what encouraged me to purchase this vacuum. I had done a lot of research and this one really ticked all the boxes, and I was lucky to find it as was just about ready to purchase a different brand. The on/off button is an easy one push no need to hold in a button, easy on my old hands. It moves well on the floor so easy to maneuver even on the carpet, nearly runs itself. It really isn't very heavy at all. The bin is easy to remove and empty. I have had a Hoover stick vac before and find them reliable and have a long life if you look after them, so didn't hesitate to purchase at The Good Guys, suppose it helped that they gave me good service and a good price.
