Good not great
The cord is too short, and the massagers are a bit harder than I expected. It's not very good if you want to massage the back of your feet. All other features, including the overall quality of the product, are good, and the heating works well. The shiatsu is also good, but only for the front half of the foot. It's also pretty easy to drain if you're not weak.
