Not a review of the product as much as the service. Order this product online, it appeared in tracking as 'witing to be picked' and then 'ready for dispatch in the next business day' for about 5 weeks. Had to cancel the order while still waiting for dispatch because waiting was slowing down my project build. The good Guys online cancellation system clearly didn't work as two weeks later I received notification that my sink would be arriving soon. That was about three weeks after their initial suggested delivery date After hours of trying to speak to a real person at the good Guys I was told that I would have to refuse delivery and then organise a refund. I did that and two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. At all points it has been near on impossible to speak to a real person, and the one time I did speak to a real person (in India) it took hours and I was still referred back to the online system to chase up the refund. The online system has not worked once. Not in cancelling the order, nor in organising my refund. I have tried sending feedback on this a number of times and I'm always told that staff will contact me in around 2 business days - but nothing. The whole thing has taken many hours and has been incredibly frustrating. I will never use Good Guys online again and I would caution others against it. They simply are not supporting sales and customer service effectively.
