Bumpy Ride
The lower cage/rack often unbalances. The product is fine and the cleaning modes I have used are as expected. The delivery and installation provided at a considerable cost was appalling. One person dragged the unit up the stairs and laid black rubber from tyres of trolley on carpet and tiles in household. The installer, then failed to install the unit flush with the bench. The result is that it will be difficult to clean, both on too and the floor area surrounding. This will cause hygiene issues not to mention aesthetic of a product not intended to be jutting sideways from under the bench.
