Machine works great! The only issue was the online store sold it as stoked when that was NOT the case. Dealing with the customer service bot was frustrating. Once a human became involved the matter was resolved.

I bought this washing machine while it was on special. Great value for money. Love that it has no agitator. I have had to put it on spin a few times as the clothes weren’t as dry as I wanted them after a cycle. I do love all the functions on it.

Amazing washing machine
We've been extremely impressed with the Fisher & Paykel 12kg Top Loader washer. The large capacity is perfect for big families or washing bulky items like blankets. We also love how quiet and smooth it runs, even during the spin cycle. Definitely worth the investment. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-capacity top loader!
