    Expected better for the price

    For the price that you pay, you expect for single sheets of paper not to get jammed in the rollers. The whole unit is also quite heavy, especially to take the top off to empty. This is an ok machine rather than great. It does the job, however, I possibly wouldn't have purchased it if I didn't have the store credit to go towards lowering the remaining price I had to pay.

    A small but useful piece of equipment. I like that the unit crosscuts and is easy to use. It has a short window in which to shred your paper etc. I’m shredding a lot of stuff so I only do 2 or 3 bins full a day
