Meets expectations
The item performs as expected but operation relies in the user being able to navigate a new environment without any supporting documentation. I am 91 years old and was completely unaware of the way to operate in the new environment. However, I have managed the installation and basic operation but without documentation this takes time. I am sure I will be discovering new features for many months to come. My initial interaction with the sales staff was excellent but company performance subsequently left much to be desired. I purchased a sound bar with the TV and the device was found to be out of stock after payment. I waited patiently for a month for it to become available and eventually obtained a refund and purchased the identical item from their associated company where they had two in stock. This delayed my enjoyment of my full purchase for some time. I have some reservations in regard to recommending it.

Ezymount TV full motion wall mount
Bought this to go with a Hisense 40" TV. The Hisense has a unique sized set of mounting holes on the rear, and my other mount would not fit. This unit has moveable arms that you can attach to the mount to alter the pattern. I had to use them, and it worked but it would be much easier if they had a rotatable mount so the holes would line up without the extra arms. Overall, this is a solid mount and more than adequate for what I need. Because the Hisense TV I bought from The Good Guys has a different size pattern, they looked after me with the price of this mount.
