Good Value if Discounted, but Inconsistent Navigation and Obstacle Detection
The Eufy Robovac E25 Omni is my first robot vacuum, so I don’t have a direct comparison, but overall it performs reasonably well with some clear limitations. Vacuuming is decent for general cleaning. It occasionally extends the side arm to reach corners, but this is inconsistent and feels hit-or-miss. I also had an issue where I forgot to set a no-go zone for a sheepskin rug—the robot got badly tangled, pulling out some fur, and also tangled up loose wiring in its wheels. This was surprising given the advertised obstacle detection, especially since it can avoid some items like an extension cable in my kitchen. Mopping performance is solid and does what I expect, with no major complaints there. The app functionality has room for improvement. While no-go zones are useful, they are limited by the placement of the base station. Mine is near a low TV shelf, and because the robot can’t fit underneath, I can only partially block the area. As a result, it still bumps into the shelf during cleaning which can cause damage to both items in the long term. Obstacle detection is also inconsistent. It generally avoids larger objects, but with awkward shapes like chairs and tables with thinner legs, it can misjudge and occasionally collide with noticeable force. Overall, it’s a decent robot vacuum, but I wouldn’t recommend it at full price. I purchased it at a significant discount, which feels more in line with its performance and features. There’s definitely potential here, but it needs further refinement in navigation and software.

An extremely capable robot vac
We bought this vac to replace an unreliable Roomba i3 and extremely happy that we did. It does everything well, very quiet and easily finds its way around whereas the i3 got lost all the time. This one mops also which I was apprehensive of but no longer, this is a great function too. I would have given 5 stars except that the initial setup of the map is a bit difficult mainly because it seems too small on a phone screen, but I've got all that sorted now.

Does not use much water to mop the whole house. Great result with the roller mop (the robot cleans the roller as it mops the floor) Configurable on which part(s) of the house to clean, either vacuum, mop or both. Auto-empty dustbin on the robot, auto water-refill on robot's tank.
