Cheap printer ideally suited to printing a few pages per day nearly everyday
Much cheaper to run than an inkjet or a laser but need to print at least once a week to ensure ink does not dry out. Ideal for what I needed. The print quality is better than the 7 year old ink jet it replaced. It is the cheapest printer in the product line and does have some drawbacks. More expensive printers have a user replaceable maintenance box for capturing excess ink, this printer appears to require a technician to do it, this maybe be fine at the rate I print it could be 5 years and the printer is cheap enough to happily replace then. Printer only works with 2.5 ghz wi fi, it took a bit of tinkering with my modem to stop the printer accessing 5 Ghz. This would not be an issue with an older modem. Need to print all colours on a weekly basis, as the standard document I print is black and red I added a watermark with the other colurs.

You really need to use this printer every week. The ink heads clog up really easily if the printer is unused. Overall print quality is fine. Easy to set up, easy to fill. All those things are great. Just be wary of the frequency of use to keep it functioning properly. If I had known this before I probably would not have bought an eco tank. It does get a bit annoying having to remember to print something to keep it going.
