Review not about product but Good Guys online service. 3 no show delivery. Every time, I had to call back. The 3rd time, the lady didn't even say sorry the whole conversation, amazing. Finally delivered the 4th time, nearly 6 weeks after ordering

Ordered 16 May online, 4 times no show delivery. Had to call every time when they failed to show up. Amazingly, one time the lady didn't even say sorry. Left my number for them to call back & never called back. Eventually, it was delivered on 22 June on the fifth time

Very good for its type.
Needed a gas-gas upright cooker and the range is very limited, and far pricier than dual fuel. So can't say it represents great value for money fundamentally but we negotiated a good price and compared well against the few other options. Unit performs all its duties very well, feels decent quality with no noticeable difficulties or design flaws.
