Great for set and forget
I purchased this to help maintain my floors while I’m unable to do so myself. The mopping function has occasionally left track marks on the tiles, but their support team has been very helpful and responsive in guiding me on adjusting the water level.

Average for the price
The robot is good in general, mops is very good. However there are some issues as below; - the vacuum power is not strong enough for deep cleaning - the robot is not smart as expected, it gets stuck in some areas and keeps moving around without cleaning even if the map is defined and all set - the robot has the option to switch between mopping and vacuum by finding hard floor and carpet but not much vacuum during mopping

Great in mopping
Great performance in both dry vacuuming and mopping. However, will rate the mopping better than vacuum. I didn't have to manually vacuum and/or mop my floors since I purchased the item 6 weeks back. Also, good value for money since I got it at a discounted price.

The Floor Never Been Cleaner
We upgraded our eco vacs and the machine is absolutely brilliant. Having a large house mostly tiled you can see the difference after the floor has been vacuum and moped. The battery after 1.50 Hours still has charge.
