  I never got to use this product due to moving house and we had treated concrete floors. We were told that it has a higher brush volume than the cheaper brands. Which we thought would have been good for all our floor area.

  Great cleaning performance and very convenient OMNI station

  We recently bought the Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni and it has been a great addition to the house. Setup was very straightforward and the robot mapped our home accurately on the first run with minor changes. We have hybrid flooring, the vacuuming performance has been excellent. It easily picks up dust, crumbs and everyday debris. The mopping function also works really well on hybrid floors and tiles, leaving the floor clean without being overly wet. The OMNI station is probably the best feature. It automatically empties the dustbin and washes and dries the mop pads, which means very little maintenance. The slim design also helps it get under sofas and beds where dust usually builds up. Overall, it saves a lot of time and keeps the floors consistently clean. It is definitely on the premium side price-wise, but the automation and convenience make it worth it.

  Overall happy

  When on sale, the unit presents a good-value as an entry-level, full-function robotic vacuum cleaner. Compared to an older unit I ownered many years ago, the new generation technology offers much better navigation capabilities and intelligent mapping. We almost use the unit on a daily basis and mnaully clean the unit itself about every 10 days. I found the result is best when settting to first vacuuming, then mopping, as oppose to doing the two at the same time. I originally concered it might dump/rub on edges and corners a lot and therefore leaving marks but i am overall very happy with how it clean alone edges and corners and only found the unit occasionally bumps to coners, etc. All very minor. The new generation of robotic cleaners improved a lot nowadays with advanced camera and AI to help understand the environment. We only have hard floors and generally keeping the places clean, and found the unit does a very good job in keeping the floor clean and virtually no need to further manually clearn/mop anymore. only downside: only 2.4 G wifi supported and took a few attempts in in the inital setup and that is even with IT savvy people in the faimly clean water tank should be much bigger than dirty tank as the unit uses a lot of clearn water than producing dircty water. voice command works about 80% of the time and very helpful. hard to move to a different level in the house, recommend getting a second unit for multi-level houses.
