Fantastic fan
I bought this purifying fan to clear bushfire smoke pollutants from the house and it works great, removing the smoke smell quickly. It’s also replaced my bedroom fan, it is nice and quiet and I love the ease of changing the fan direction to point away from us when I’m holding the baby. It’s also easy to control from my phone so I don’t have to get out of bed to adjust the settings. Highly recommend!

Unhappy Good guys customer,very poor customer service being given the wrong information.What is the use of the warranty.
We wanted to purchase a fan cooling appliance but the use of Dyson purifier cool formaldehyde was not explained by retail staff properly& to us.We wanted to swap the appliance or refund our money worth $875 but has been declined.
