Hands-Free Perfection
The initial mapping is incredibly fast. Easy scheduling through the MyDyson app, setting up a weekly schedule. The roller extends right to the edge of the walls, leaving no "dust border" behind. It self-empties the dry debris, refills the clean water, and drains the dirty water. It’s the first robot that feels like it’s actually "thinking" about the clean rather than just bumping into walls. If you have a mix of hard floors and carpets and want a "set it and forget it" solution, this is the one.

Dyson doesn't fail.............or does it??
Dyson doesnt fail when it comes to their vaccums and this is no different, its quieter then other robot vacums, and the AI tech in it stops it from bumping into doors and walls etc. the only part it does fail on is the mopping, and the solution it uses, it leaves streaks on the tiles and the brush marks are left behind once dried. Only real let down i can think of. Maybe if Dyson can think of a way to fix that, then it may be better in future.

Disappointed in Dyson
Sofar it’s ok but I have not been able to use the wash feature because there is no Dyson probiotic 2 washing solution available in Australia . Why can’t Dyson include a bottle in the box? Their manual says only to use the Dyson washing solution otherwise the unit might be damaged. As my first Dyson product I’m not impressed. I don’t have any issues with the good guys but considering the expense of this unit I don’t see why Dyson can’t include a bottle of washing solution as well in the box.
