Great coffee machine with no mess
I bought this machine after a recommendation from a friend when it was time to replace my old Sunbeam. The coffee is great. The main benefit is the grounds catcher that screws onto the group head. This means the grounds don’t go all over the bench or the drip tray. It is a game changer for grinding on demand. I went with 4 stars rather than 5 as the steam wand doesn’t raise high enough, so it’s tricky to get the milk jug out without spilling any milk if you’re doing enough for two cups. But other than that it’s great.

Hard to use
I originally brought this for my mother to use she found it ridiculously hard to use at first we thought it may be her so we swapped ou coffee machine for this one. My partner who is very technical just this morning said he refuses to use it as it is temperamental and doesnt work properly. He wants me to return it and get a si.ple coffee machine now.
